1. We currently have the TikTok for Business Legacy as well as SAN/ SRN both activated at the same time. Should we now turn off TikTok for Business (legacy)?
We recommend keeping both integrations enabled at the same time to ensure you receive all data during the transition stage. Data may come through for in-app events that are tied back to pre-SAN/SRN clicks/impressions.
Data is deduplicated, but costs are not. For this reason, we recommend manually disabling cost/ spend integration in the legacy network immediately after transition to minimise the duplication of cost data in the report.
Lookback/Attribution window depends on your business needs. Our recommendation is to have 7D Click-through attribution, 7D Engaged View-through Attribution, and 1D View-through Attribution. Another important point is to ensure consistency between your MMP window setting and TikTok setting to minimise the reporting discrepancy.
